Living Liberated: Breaking Free to Be Me
TRIGGER WARNING: Please be advised that if you are currently struggling or struggled with trauma, e.g sexual abuse, suicidal thoughts or any type of abuse, in this session we will be discussing these topics to hopefully educate and enlighten people.
In this episode Tosin Ajanaku bravely shares about her journey to wholeness from her childhood trauma. She says Living Liberated means - "I have a right to live because there is space for me and every part of me"
After years of wearing a mask she is now able to say "What happened to me is not who I am."
Her hope is that if her story resonates with you, it would "encourage you to take the necessary steps to wholeness"
