In the final part of the episode, Lanre focuses more on  how we develop and build resilience .  In his words, "resilience is harder when you have an unhealed wound.  It's like trying to walk on a broken leg - you won't get far.  You need to allow yourself to heal and do the work of healing either by counselling or therapy."

Lanre is a graphic artist, writer, mentor and editor.  He is married to Bisola and they have a son.
